Sebastian “Jus” Flowers (House DJ, Promotions) is a native Brooklynite, born of Belizean and Honduran parents, and now based in Oakland, CA. He is a trans- identified filmmaker, exhibitionist, as well as partner and DJ of Bklyn Boihood. Sebastian graduated from the New School University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2010, and has been a continuous politically active member in the LGBTQ of color community in NYC for nearly 5 years now; hence he searches zealously for the political implications behind gender policing of people of color. Morgan W., (Head Writer, Strategy & Development) is an adventurer, writer, educator and creative consultant based in New York City. Originally from Washington, DC she has been a writer (and consultant) since way back; forged parental excuses, commissioned by the lovestruck for sincere notes of admiration, varsity team term papers--and then poetry.  A recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College’s Master of Fine Arts program in Writing, she has been a feature writer for Bklyn Boihood, Queer Memoir, Dark Phrases, autostraddle.com and Razor Wire Women. Her work in every genre emphasizes the need for light in dark spaces. For over five years she has taught and/or led creative writing, community-based theatre, prison education and college access workshops throughout the United States. As a consultant she works with collectives, organizations and individuals to develop and refine their creative strategies and written materials. She lives (and loves) uptown.

Jckee Fontaine (Marketing & Merchandising), Jckee is a first generation American, born into a dope ass Haitian family upstate. A Bklyn-ite for the last six years, Jckee works as a marketing representative, production assistant and as an avid supporter of LGBT visibility through arts and special events. Dedicated to bridging gaps between her community and independent music, Jckee is an accomplished singer/songwriter with state competition awards, international signing engagements and is currently working on releasing her solo EP. She works with bklyn boihood to promote events, manage merchandising and continuing to build a rich network of artists from around the world dedicated to, above all, doing they’re thang.

Charla Harlow (Film, Photography) Charla is a filmmaker and self-taught photographer. She received a
Master's degree in Television, Radio and Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Based in New York City and having a traditional documentary style, she is focusing her interests on fashion, editorial and portraiture photography. She shoots, produces and edits commercials, music videos and web videos. She is currently in the pre-production stage of her first solo project for the web that will be released in Fall 2011.Past Clients: Budweiser, Nike, Coca Cola, CentricTV, HGTV, Comedy Central, Food Network, Red Mango, Home Shopping Network, Plutocracy, Lathan Boyce, Doorbell Media, Brokelyn, De Reloj and Honey Magazine.
