Queerocracy Symposium @ the New School

QUEEROCRACY held a public symposium co-sponsored by the New School’s Global Studies Program and the Lang Student Union on Saturday, April 16th and Sunday, April 17th 2011. The purpose of the event was to create a space for public discussion of gender/queer body and identity politics and to provide strategies for grass roots organization around these issues.
bbh founders Genesis Tramaine and Ryann Holmes spoke at the symposium and shared their experience in founding the bklyn boihood collective.
